All items on our website are made to order. We have a strict no refund or return policy.
When placing your order please understand that custom items take a minimum of 3 weeks to be made and shipped. We process and make items in the order in which we receive the order. If you are in need of a custom item for an event with a timeline, please be sure to place your order in a timely manner.
If you receive an item that you feel to be defective please contact us within 24-hours of receipt and provide us with photos. (We inspect all items prior to shipping.)
